About Me

I am an old lady. I've been married to Dale for 24 years and we have two daughters, Whitney 19 and Chelsey 15 (see I told ya I was old). I live in Commerce, OK and I work at Regency Home Medical Equipment 2 days a week, sometimes 3 days if they're lucky!! I'm hard of hearing and can't remember a thing. And if you don't believe me just ask Whitney &/or Chelsey. I am a born again Christian and I love Jesus Christ with all my heart. I attend church at First Baptist Church in Quapaw. I also have these 2 little boys that are VERY SPECIAL to me. Their mama moved in with us when she was a teenager, then she married my nephew and they had two beautiful little boys so they aren't my grandkids but I'm their Meme, figure that one out!! The oldest one is Bryan and he is 3; his baby brother is Ronnie Joe and he is 5 months old.

My Interests

I love to scrapbook, I don't get a lot of time to do it though!!

I'd like to meet:

Jesus but to do that I would have to die and I'm not quite ready to die yet, I mean I'm spiritually ready and I know I'll go to heaven BUT I'm not mentally ready because I want to see my kids get married and have babies of their own and watch Bryan and Ronnie grow up and lots of other things.

This myspace background was found at pYzam.com (I use them for graphics too).

Music:

A few years ago I started listening to country music because that's what my kids listened to and I wanted to be able to enjoy their music with them when we are in the car together. If they listen to something I don't then their music will get on my nerves because I don't know any of the words.

Movies:

I don't know that I have a favorite movie but I really like to watch Dirty Dancing. I like love stories and suspense movies.

Television:

Wow! I do like to watch TV. Monday: Wife Swap and the Lifetime Movie at 8:00 Tuesday: NCIS & The Unit Wednesday: I go to church and don't get to watch much. Thursday: CSI and ER Friday, Saturday and Sunday: It's just according to what movies are on. I also like to watch reality shows like: Fear Factor, Survivor, American Idol, America's Got Talent, Big Brother, etc.

Books:

The Holy Bible. It seems like any other book I read I fall asleep in the middle of.

Heroes:

My Mom would have to be my hero. My Dad died at the young age of 39. My Mom was also 39 at the time, I was 11 and my sister was 16. She finished raising us by herself and let me tell you it was an experience for her. My Dad had always taken care of and protected her from the real world. So, boy did she get an eye opener.
