Boasting a style of music unmatched by any other band in their area, Mayday is consistently tearing their way into the local music scene. The band officially formed in July 2006, and has already taken crowds by storm. The music, as demonstrated with the ever popular 3 56, begins with a searing guitar riff but quickly advances to a grooving bass line accompanied by an up tempo beat and more thrashing guitar, and then is followed of course by the trademark no bull lyrics. The band pumps out a high energy performance, which is sure to cause your ears and feet to move. With energetic music that people can move to written from the heart with love and anger and passion, Mayday is surely a band to watch as their push to break into the new generation of Mississauga bands grows by day and night.A IMG{
