I enjoy watching ESPN, being a spectator of football and basketball. I also enjoy going to the park and shooting hoops. I wish I had more hobbies, but hobbies cost money that we could be using for other things. I love going to the movies and taking photos (nothing professional though). I also helped start a non-proft organization called Reel Angels. Check out the website:
Mel Gibson, Tom Hanks, Reba McEntire, the Dixie Chicks, Tim Duncan, Vince Young, David Robinson, Eva Longoria (fellow Corpus Christi native), Kate Mulgrew, Ralph Winter, Phil Anschutz, and others. I know all that may seem so superficial, but I just think it would be fun to pick their brains or have intelligent conversations.
I enjoy music, but not to the point of knowing names of bands and albums. I guess I mostly listen to pop, country, or contemporary Christian, but nothing too hard. I have been learning a lot about neo-soul and rap from my job, which has been interesting. I can't say that I'm a fan yet, but I have a much deeper respect for it.

There are way too many to choose from. I can safely say that my favorite film of all time is "Casablanca." However, I have movies that I love because I find them entertaining, and there are movies that I like because I think they are well made films. Below is my top 100, which combines those that I like to watch over and over as well as those that I think are just fundamentally good.

The best show on television is Battlestar Galactica. I also have thoroughly enjoyed Heroes, The Amazing Race, LOST, Journeyman, and Pushing Daisies. Historically, I love Star Trek, specifically Voyager and The Next Generation. I'm trying to get into Deep Space 9, but the first couple of seasons aren't that great. Other than that, I practically live on ESPN. :)
I don't really read all that much, mainly because I spend most of my time reading scripts. However, I think my favorite book of all time is Jane Eyre. The Great Gatsby is probably a close second. The last series that I really enjoyed was Harry Potter. I also enjoyed the Eragon series and am looking forward to the next book.
I'm not really hero driven. I guess if I had to choose some people to emulate or look up to, I would probably categorize them: Godliness = my parents and my mother/father-in-law; Professional = Phil Anschutz (Walden Media); Marriage = my grandparents who were married for 70 years before my grandmother passed away; Overall = my wife for putting up with me, for being so beautiful and caring, for loving me, and for being the one who makes me feel needed in this world.
