About Me

My family and I live in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. We just recently moved from Louisville, where I had spent the previous 24 years of my life. We love the calming atomsphere and are looking forward to a more relaxed way of life. I've been happily married for seven years, and have a four year old son.I have two dogs (Oscar & Linkin) and two cats (Penny & Tabitha). If having a kid doesn't make my life entertaining enough, these four do. I love animals, enough so that I've made a career out of it.I work in the MetaZoo Education Center at the Louisville Zoo. I take care of many different species of exotic animals such as raptors (not the dinosaur), parrots, snakes and fish. I love my job.

My Interests

Since I live in Kentucky, I have to like basketball, right? Yes I do. I'm a big UK fan, but I'd rather watch the Wildcats play football.I'm a huge Cincinnati Bengals fan. WHO DEY!!! I drive down to Georgetown, KY every summer to see training camp & get autographs. I also enjoy watching Cincinnati Reds baseball games. No I don't, nor have I ever lived in Cincy, but the Bengals & Reds are the closest thing to a professional sports team where I live.I love to play golf. I don't have a handicap and don't keep score. I just play to have fun.Fishing is probably my favorite way to relax. My son really enjoys it as well, so that makes it even more fun.

Music:

I love Alternative & Rock music. Hinder, Shinedown, Daughtry, Godsmack, Metallica, Nickelback, Buckcherry, Disturbed & Papa Roach are among my favorite bands.

Movies:

I love action movies, Die Hard is probably my favorite. I enjoy the Lord of the Rings & Star Wars (Episodes IV-VI)trilogies. I also like thriller/ horror flicks as well, so movies like Saw, Joy Ride & Halloween are fun to watch. I also enjoy the comic book movies - Batman Begins, Spiderman & X-Men.

Television:

Prison Break is the best show on television. I also can't get enough of Gordon Ramsey's two reality shows - Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen. I really like House, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, South Park, The Amazing Race and Survivor as well. If I'm ever bored I can always count on syndicated episodes Everybody Loves Raymond and Seinfeld.

Books:

Ask any of my friends, I really don't like to read.
