A Few Yuppies Playing Rock Music

About Me

Playing their first gig only six weeks after first forming as a band is only small proof of the chemistry the members of Indian Lover share. Their ability to work together as four friends is said to be apparent in their live performance. Indian Lover combines Bowie-esque lyrics and melody to dark driving backing akin to Tool, forming a progressive Goth Rock/Metal Fusion. Zane writes from a cynical heart of loss and the fallicies of so-called non-conformist teenage lifestyles with a gothic edge. Shlomy brings a strong feel for classic metal guitat along with unique riff work to the progressive table. Frank on bass guitar puts the art in the music with his knowledge of theory, knack for oddd timings, and intricate bass lines. Last but not least Nino lays down a strong dynamic beat for any song; a student of jazz drumming, his talents enrich and drive the melodies home.
