I am committed to surrendering to each moment: to letting go of my ideas of what each moment should be like, what I planned it to be and what outcome I want it to create. I am committed to using the sensations and information that comes from experiencing myself with full inclusion of my body to allow myself to act in accordance with what each circumstance demands. In more traditional terms, I am an actor, singer, dancer, improviser, and IT consultant. I am a very sensitive human being who loves deeply and will fight for the truth in my friends and loved ones. I am in the beginning of a multi-year journey to become a peri-natal therapist to help mothers, fathers and babies with pre-conception, gestation, birth and the fourth trimester. I hope to support strong bonds and attachments so we can raise a society of independent and more integrated human beings. Please know that you can do anything your soul desires and your experience matters. All parts of it. Even the yucky ones. May there be more sweetness in your life.
