Hollywood --Today we evangelize on the streets of Hollywood. We arrive. We park. We fill our bags with our weapon; the Word of God. But first, we pray. Footsteps pass by; we focus on God. The smell of cigarettes; we pray harder. Then we walk. Party-goers, drunks, homeless, wealthy, pervading the same space. Brightly lit signs entice onlookers to come in and buy; lingerie, cigarettes, drinks. Golden stars for miles firmly planted in black marble. Names of influencers of this world. The sound of teenagers; loud, boisterous, mischievous, cursing, laughing. A black long-stretch Hummer turns the corner; it's riders seeking envious recognition. Bright banners of light high above us flash words too bright to see. We pray, smile, speak. A wad of rolled up 100s, 50s, two 20s and twenty 1s; one single dollar bill exchanges hands, a donation they say. The size of generosity from the heart.
