It's almost that time again in my life that I need to reflect back on the past (5) months. I still do the job that I have been doing for (11) years at the Silverdale Beach Hotel. Times when I love what I do and days when I just want to throw in the towel and tell 'em all to go to hell. Need I remind them that I provide a service and DO NOT serve them...LOL Ahhh the life in the hospitality industry. Enough of work and on to the personal aspect of my life. Steve and I celebrated (12) years this past March. Yeah, I know, surprising, isn't it? Have we both regretted anything..nah, I don't think so. Have we both made any rash decisions..yeah, I can think so. But despite it all, it made our bond stronger and our love unbreakable. He's such an amazing man and so thankful that I have him in my life. Even though we have our rough spots, we don't let it last longer than a day. We know each other too well now that it's bicker bicker then I'm sorry..I'm sorry. So yeah, I love my husband :-)I recently saw my all time favorite band, Duran Duran in Seattle and can I say, after (25) years of being a Durannie, I am always amazed on how they re-invent themselves with their music and sound. And the concert. Well, I saw them with my oldest sister, Marion, and she even said she now understands them. With the loud speakers next to us, we both had a great time and glad she was able to attend with me.So with Summer coming up and more concerts to attend, I also get to spend a weekend getaway with (3) old friends from high school this August. I cannot wait to see them and reminice (sp) but very glad to just "see them". We aren't the same 15-16 year olds from Yokosuka Japan, we are grown men with families. Ha! See what I mean when I wrote where does time go. So you now know me and what's been happening. If you want to know more, just ask. I would love to sit and chat.
