6 weeks on and i have swam a grand total of twenty laps! Ill put it down to a bout of flu, and promise to try harder.

Weekend excess has done it again, and i find myself signed up for an olympic standard triathlon! Luckily its a team effort with one event each, although i got the short straw - 1.5Km swim in open wate...
