About Me

I'm hard-working yet fun-loving and consider myself a great friend and confidante. I have lived many places throughout the U.S. and the world I wouldn't trade those experiences for anything... I am a former aide to President Bill Clinton, Vice President Gore and Secretaries of Commerce (the late Ronald H. Brown and Michael "Mickey" Kantor and served in many capacities during their tenure in office). I was a fundraiser extraordinaire, speechwriter, policy analyst, and special event coordinator (to name a few). I also provided support for the Secret Service on occasions. Many of you may recognize my face, but my responsibilties kept me focused, so I may not have had time to chat much!!! I did have the pleasure of meeting many exemplary people (ie Herbie Hancock (thelonious monk), B.B. King, Stevie Wonder, Billy Ray Cyrus) while I was working... and many of you while I was doing what I love most...listening to live music!!! It is a mission of mine to better the world by hosting a series of "fun-raisers".. and I hope you all can back me up by offering your dynamic talent!!! I wrote my thesis on benefit concerts and to implement my findings and turn them into reality would be my ultimate dream come true!!! Anyway, my vision is to find people with ambition and committment to a mission (this project is not necessarily a competion... :) )...sound fun and worthy??? - I hope so!!! --well, I know so ( ***).Anyway, I graduated from High School in my hometown of Little Rock.. It's a neat town, full of friendly people and cultural activities.. I then attended Stephens College in Columbia MO..what a rockin' good time..we (my girl-mates) used to hang out with the Sigma Chi's (sigmachi's and a certain flyfisherman) and play "sink-the-boat".. (at the Field House)a drinking game where ya' get a pitcher and a shot glass...and go around the table pouring a little beer in until the shot glass sinks to the bottom..that person who sinks it usually gets a little "fudged" up!!! Anyway, it was right next my dorm (for International Scholars)..so the crawl home wasn't so bad... And the Blue Note (what a blast) where we decked out to the "nine's" and danced like maniacs to punk and new-wave. (and my secret underground bar "shattered" where we blasted the Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club...and many more... My dorm was thought to have been haunted by a ghost..what a trip...but anyway..it was cool... Everyone thought I was indifferent about my love life because I the dorm was very versitale...but it was great enviroment of hard workers and women who are all making a difference in fashion design, entertainment, journalism, politics, finance (and the list goes on and on)... today...both straight and gay..all spectrums of the rainbow..from all over the world...although we love the stars and stripes..we know no boundaries... The Bottom Line is I know who I am and what I like..it's just been a matter of finding out who my friends are...but everything makes sense (god works in mysterious ways!!!). Yeah, I've always liked guys; my portfolio is good but isn't near as extensive as madonna's (I'm very modest.. and I don't like sharing my privates to just anyone...(but, like my friend Hope says, you've got to kiss a few toads before you meet your prince (and I've met a few of those too..) but, nevertheless...that's a little bit about me!!! - talk to ya'll soon... I'm going back to work on my list of stuff to do...have a wonderful day, wherever you are!!! - your friend - kathyI was awarded the privelage of attending Oxford University, where my reading assignments was enough to make your eyes pop out ( : ).object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://lads.myspace.com/slides/slideshow_random.swf?u= 83338704" height="320" width="426" ..
