Detached Sound Recording is a brand new recording studio in Richmond, VA owned by Pedro Aida . After interning at Salad Days Studios in Baltimore, MD with noted producer Brian McTernan, 4 years as an engineer at the famed Sound of Music recording studios and most of 2004 on tour playing guitar for Richmond rockers River City High , Pedro decided to start his own recording studio that would cater to bands and artists with smaller budgets, without sacrificing sound quality and professionalism .
