About Me

Adeline began as a side project for me while I was a member of Quiet, Lovely. Upon QL's demise, Adeline has become my main musical focus. The songs are based on personal experience/thoughts and housed in instrumentation usually applied to folk and country traditions. While not specifically categorized in one musical genre, Adeline definitely displays folk, country, bluegrass, and rock influences.
Fortunately, I have been surrounded with people who are not only willing to play music I write with me live, they also influence the way I write my music. The Waco Co-op is a collaboration of friends who play music in different bands and genres trying to promote local music from Waco. Regardless of our differences, we all feel a need to collaborate to make something unique in this part of Texas. If you have time, please check out the other great bands associated with the co-op.
