I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

graduated from UGA back in May with degrees in Biology and Creative Writing (yeah, i got TWO diplomas), finished up an internship with the UGA Press (acquisitions department) and a year of work in cardiology at the UGA Small Animal Teaching Hospital (vet clinic where the vet students do their rounds), babysat/slacked for about a month, and now I've joined adulthood and am working at the CDC as an ORISE Research Participant. Also moved into an apartment in Atlantic Station (the Metro on 16th) with another UGA grad that I found on craigslist. Coming up next - spend as much time as possible with Alex, friends, and family. Party hard. Continue being awesome. Then, if all goes right in the next few months, escape the adult world and retreat back into college life as a grad student in August.

I think I am officially the ONLY person disinclined to go all out for graduation. Maybe it's just my past experiences with so-called "big deal" days. Specifically, the one day a year that you are supp...
