TAPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
ENSURE PERFORATED SECTION IS FACING UP.
1.
break out circular section around perforated line.
2.
lift remaining flap section to expose tap and carefully pull out tab
3.
insert ring nearest bag into lower part of opening. push flap down to secure tap in position ensuring that central tap lever is horizontal
4.
stand wine cask upright and lift central tap lever gently to pour contents
