... has Begun
Having been born a half man, half vampire after his pregnant mother was attacked and supposedly killed by a vampire, Blade has made it his quest to rid the world of such bloodsuckers. Armed with a heavy arsenal of lead and garlic spiked firepower that's been crafted by his longtime mentor and fellow vampire eradicator, Abraham Whistler, Blade fights a seemingly never ending battle against the undead.
When last seen before his return Blade was laying but feet from Drake/Dracula, the first Vampire ever. They had faught a vallant and honorable fight. At the end of this fight Blade and The Nightstalkers had come out victorious. In this Dracula had stated he would leave Blade with a gift, this gift being... Immunity to Dark Powers. Blade has always been an Anomile, the highest advancement of Vampiric Evolution to date. With his immunity already in place to Vampiric Powers, Drake simply advanced this such as his own. As to where Blade can still be destroyed through many other various means, and his weaknesses all withstanding, now the forces of darkness must take on a more 'Hands-On' approach to destroying... The Daywalker.

Heroes:

TNP(The Nocturnal Plague): A concentrated mixture of E.D.T.A. (Ethylene Diamine Tetra-acetic Acid) and Daystar. Created by Daulton of The Nightstalkers First Cell from Sommerfield's beginnings and prototype. It's effects upon a Vampire is instantly turned into a mortal. A sudden cure of Vampirism in that sense. For Purebloods, it is instant death, disrupting and dissolving their very DNA into ash. Much like Daystar, with the E.D.T.A. chemically balanced into it, the effects are shot through the system. The only tested success is for each dart to be hit at the base of the neck, or the top of the spine. It is believed that it would be just as effective if injected in the base of the spine, or the tailbone as both are ideal places upon the body. Unlike most injections TNP actually works through the Nervous system, thus upon injection there is a state of stunned paralyzing that lasts exactly four seconds, well more than enough for TNP to get into the system and work. Another effect that has been tested is that any Vampire to bite, or feed from a TNP host, will also be instantly turned into a mortal, however the side-effects of feeding from a host is that the Vampire's fangs will fall out as they empty their stomachs of blood, thus they lose their incisors. That side-effect, for a former Vampire to be a host is a 24-hour period, as the effects are believed to wear off there after.
