About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorWelcome to destroyed silence...
Here you will find news, reviews and show dates for your favorite Northeast PA bands, as well as National bands. I will be heading out to local shows whenever possible and telling you about them here. You can also find out what I think of the latest Metal music to come out in the stores. Who knows, sometimes you might hear about music from other genres.I'm not sure how this is going to be set up finally, but we'll see what happens! Any suggestions, or to participate, drop a line!
Basic Updates:
As we speak I am listening to the new My Chemical Romance effort - Welcome to the Black Parade. (release date 10/24/06) I am totally blown away. I will be doing a full review of it, I swear. I'm in the process of moving so things are crazy.
Also be on the lookout for my review of the latest Cradle of Filth CD, Thornography.(release date 10/17/06)
This past weekend I had the chance to get up and sing with local acoustic duo (this week they had a guest drummer..) The Wanabees! They do fun party band stuff - covers and such... and I sang a total of 5 songs I had a blast. More on that soon, too!

For those who are interested, this is me:

My name is Julee. I am 27 years old. I love music. Metal is my passion, but I love all music in some way. I started this page as a way to showcase the many different talents on MySpace, not just the music. There are many many creative people out there and I want to give them the space to show what they can do. I do have a personal profile:

transformation.

Feel free to add me if you’d like to know more.Any questions, please ask!

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who has something to say, creatively.

If you are a local band and would like to be featured here, please email me. To find out what I consider "local" - see below.

I am also seeking other like-minded individuals to write reviews. Currently, I am looking for submissions from the following areas:

+Northeast PA (Scranton/Wilkes Barre area)+

+East/Central PA (Allentown/Bloomsburg/Reading)+

+Southern Upstate NY (Corning/Elmira/Binghamton)+

If you are from these areas and have a show review you'd like to submit, please do so. I do not guarantee I will use it, but I will inform you either way.
