Obviously SINGING is a major interest... other then that I love Quilting, Scrapbooking, dancing, watching my soaps, reading, .... pretty much anything that I dont have to do with KIDS underfoot (as much as I LOVE em) If the kids are with me I like to play video games with them, play chase,hide & "sneak" (as Caleb calls it), have them "help" me clean, and our absolute favorite thing as a family is SWIMMING!! Both of the kids are water babies!! (and when they are happy... WE are happy!!)
I'd like to meet:
I would like to meet a LOT of people!! I would really love to sing alongside Martina McBride. I think she has an incredible voice! She was the one singer who inspired me and that had the same vocal range as me so I could sing along to her karaoke tracks! And once you can sing Martina (and Celine) you can sing about everyone! :) But like I said.. I dont have that "grit" in my voice (like Pink)... so that sux! So.. then onto others that I would like to meet... thats quite a lot: Martina, Sylvia Browne (I want her to tell me some stuff about the future!)Pink, Christina, Adam Sandler, the cast of GH!!, Oprah, MADONNA!, Robert Deniro, Angelina Jolie, Faith Hill (and Tim), and many many more!!!
Music:
I like most everything. I am not a huge fan of opera or HARD metal... it hurts my ears and makes me angry! I still respect the artists behind the music though! I sing, myself... mostly country and soft ballads. I like to get "ballsy" every once in awhile though and do something out of character. I wish I had a "gruff" voice though.. mine is too sweet sounding. I can sing ballads really well but doing anything harder just doesnt sound right to me! Ticks me off!! LOL
Movies:
I LOVE watching movies. I mostly like romantic comedies and dramas. Like most girls my age, Grease, Dirty Dancing, and Pretty Woman will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart!! Newer movies that I love though are Moulin Rouge, The Notebook, The Day After Tomorrow, Click and Walk The Line!

Television:
I watch ENTIRELY too much TV!! I guess being stuck at home all the time its the only way for me to see what the hell is going on outside my front door! I'm one of THOSE soap opera people (shouts out to GH, OLTL,& AMC!) My guilty pleasures are Grays Anatomy, American Idol, Desperate Housewives, and Deal or No Deal! I am a HUGE sucker for reality TV. Its really quite pitiful!
Books:
I really love to read (if I ever have the time). These days my reading consists of Blues Clues, Dora, Backyardigans and Dr. Suess... but back in the day when I used to have a life I enjoyed Dean Koontz, Stephen King, Silvia Browne, and the Chicken Soup for the Soul books! The only reading I get done now though is browsing through parenting magazines while I have a second or two!
Heroes:
My heros are quite disgustingly mushy.. but very much TRUE. My number one hero is my mother.. without whom I wouldnt be ME! Another hero of mine is my wonderful hubby because I truly dont know how in the world he puts up with me day in and day out!! There are many other people I admire but they dont compare with the two people above... so why bother!
