HELP ME CLIMB MT KILIMANJARO FOR CHARITY!!

About Me

I'm a 23 year old Aussie dude currently living and working in London with my lovely girlfriend Ali! We love living in London and experiencing all it has to offer - the constant energy and vibe of the city has certainly captivated us. I am from the beautiful Sunshine Coast on the east coast of Australia which I miss dearly, but the thought of my hometown makes me happy when sometimes I'm not. Over the past 2 years we have extremely fortunate to visit some amazing places - Italy, Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Greece, Switzerland, the Netherlands and France. We love travelling an experiencing new cultures, learning the nuances that seperate us from others. We have just launched a massive fundraising campaign for the charity Volunteer Service Overseas, which will culminate in our climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, January 2008. This will follow a few weeks as a volunteer working in a remote African orphanage. To read more about this, head to www.justgiving.com/mattandalikilitrek. We love to live life to the full, and to share our experiences with those that we love, and those that we meet on the way there.Check out all the photos from our travels athttp://s12.photobucket.com/albums/a239/matt_is_skippy/ Where are you going? The scenario: It's 7am, and for the 250th day in a row you've woken before the sun to a cold day full of rain, snotty tube passengers and the incessant smog of London. On the way to work, in between t...

I love London. Especially this time of the year, Christmas lights, carol singers, a cold sting in the air. I love the diversity of people and that there is always something to do, and if there's not, ...

Third Ashes Test, Day One

If we hadn't taken 2 late wickets I would have said that England finished the day well on top. All they needed to do was finish the day without losing a wicket, come back tomorrow morning with a clean...
