-------------------Both a producer and artist, nineteen-year-old Danny J. Player acquires the musical adventurousness of Timbaland (his highly idolized producer), the dirty club sound of Benny Benassi, and the exoticness of the Middle East.Danny J. Player was born in sunny San Diego, where he grew up listening to old school Hip Hop, Funk, and Salsa. Around the age of ten, he began making mixtapes using his father’s old stereo sound system. At the age of thirteen, he came across Fruity Loops (FL Studio), a music producing software, where he began producing music on a daily basis. As of today, Danny still uses FL Studio for his music productions. Over the next three years, however, he lost much interest in music.“During the years 2003 & 2004, I was really lost. I felt like there was something missing inside of me, like a hole. I didn’t know why until I came across hearing an ATB album…I remember the music connecting to me in a heartbeat. Right there I knew this was the kind of music I was looking for.†--DannyBy the beginning of 2005, Danny began to explore and expose himself to various new genres such as House, Electro, Trance, Techno, and Arabic. These genres have become the key ingredients to creating the unique sound that Danny has crafted. In 2006, he began releasing tracks such as “Make That Body Go Boom†and My Arabian Queen,†which created positive exposure on the internet. These two tracks became the first building blocks that helped Danny build fan bases in areas such as San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, Arizona, Michigan, Florida, and parts of Europe In 2007, he released his first self-produced CD album titled “House De Neon,†which features an intoxicating mix of Techno, Hip Hop, and Arabic. Now in 2008, Danny has begun working on remixes for DJs and music artists, along with new track releases such as “Sexified†and “Dirty Dirty.†It seems that as time progresses, Danny’s passion for music grows as well. Keep an eye on this kid.
