Mainly hip hop: A Tribe Called Quest, The Roots, Outkast, Notorious BIG, Jay Z, Pharcyde, Nas, Mos Def, Blackstar, Gangstar, Talib Kweli, Digable Planets, Common, Kelis, DJ Shadow, Soul Position, RJD2, Busta Rhymes, Souls of Mischief, Wu Tang, Black Sheep, Beastie Boys, old school, 90's gansta/West Coast, and anything Neptunes-produced. NERD, Ivy, Les Nubians, Modest Mouse, Elliot Smith, Sade, the Pixies, Dot Allison, Air, Cat Stevens, Slowdive, Gorillaz, Lush, My Bloody Valentine, Mandy Moore, Luscious Jackson, Nelly Furtado, Kristen Hersh, Siouxsie and the Banshees, the Cure, The Smiths, Morrisey, Depeche Mode, Jane's Addiction, Liz Phair, Pink, Zero 7, PJ Harvey, the B-52's, Sigur Ros, Pinback, and the Go-Gos. I also love old funk, folk chicks, and bad pop music, and older industrial music, I've just lost touch with a lot of it (I don't know what's hip and current in this genre). My all-time favorite band is Cocteau Twins, and more recent Robin Guthrie albums are great. Plus there are many amazing soundtracks, like Kids, Lost In Translation, and Marie Antoinette.

Rescue Me, The L Word, Scrubs, Futurama, Rollergirls, Sex & the City, and My So-Called Life. I admit to enjoying bad reality TV, like The Girls Next Door, Project Runway, the Real World/Road Rules Challenge(s), America's Next Top Model, Flavor of Love, and a lot of MTV.
