iggy

while i'm out of town until july, i'm actually going to post a sincere "About Me" section... my birth name is elizabeth, but i've gone by the nickname "iggy" since about the fourth grade- it's a long story. i grew up on the northside of jacksonville, but i've lived in jacksonville beach for the last 10 years. it's a beautiful small town, but it's becoming a little bit too developed for my liking. experiencing the rape of beautiful jacksonville beach has inspired me to go into an environmental field of study. at the undergrad level, i am now pursuing a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in environmental studies at UNF. i am hoping to also pursue a master's degree in conservation ecology with a focus on primary producers. if you want to make a donation to my college fund, please contact me via myspace messaging. when i have free time apart from my studies, i enjoy surfing, playing music, singing, dancing, reading, and well, "other stuff". some times i do the former at the same time as the latter and it works out kindly. i probably have more friends than i can possibly keep up with, but i love them all soooo very much. HELLO EVERYONE! I LOVE YOU! i also have this super awesome, sexy, wonderful, smart, funny, talented boyrfriend whom i love to spend much of my time with. i'm sorry if this gets in the way of my friend time. i'm working on it. he's just so damn cute (see "Picture" section above to view excitingly cute pictures of me and my boyfriend... AND awesome friends). i also really enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking/backpacking, camping, fishing, swimming, and tree-climbing. and i love to travel, even though i haven't been to many places... yet. this summer will be one full of such activities and will be exciting for all who are involved. you should also know that i'm going to be an aunt soon. this is important for you to know because it is awesome. i will be a wonderful crazy aunt who does really wierd things and teaches her nephew cool stuff. he will be out of the womb some time in late september and he will be living in jacksonville in some time in late december. this is when all of the fun will begin. once i have trained him, i may allow you to meet him. but he is going to be something like a superhero, so i may be somewhat selective of who actually gets to hang out with him. i hope you all enjoy who i am, now that you know.
