I used to do shows for two local venues on the westcoast of The Netherlands: De Bakkerij in Castricum and De Groote Weiver in Krommenie, but the local government closed it down. How the hell can you justify putting millions of euros in 'art and culture' and close down independent venues that don't cost a thing? I still can't figure this out. I study Media & Entertainment Management and it's cool. I've been working on a tour called 'Decks & Drums & Rock & Roll' , combining rock n roll with drum n bass. Some of the shows were really awesome, check it out here .
I'm a bartender at Club 11 in Amsterdam and at the beach, Sonnevanck in Wijk aan Zee.
I like experimenting and loosing grip on reality. Being drunk on the beach is one of the quality things in life. I like going nuts at shows, even if i'm the only one. Stagedives make me feel more alive than coded messages in slowed-down songs. I play bassguitar, I'm not really good at it, but good enough for hardcorepunk. I like oldschool hardcore, i don't care if it's done for twohundred times before, i can't get enough of it. I like chemicals and techno parties. I like my rock n roll as dirty as possible.
