The name Take This City stands for not be ashamed of the things we hold inside, but instead holding our darkness to the light. We believe that each and every one of us controls whether or not we let our fears take us over. TTC stands for a second chance, another way of life, a higher love. With lyrics based on those demons we hold inside ourselves such as, hate, love, sex, alcohol, abandonment, regrets, fears, and mistakes. Don't let your insides take you over, for the only way to rid darkness is expose it the light. God is Love and Love is Real.
