I've already met the most wonderful man in the world. You know, every girl has a list of qualities that they look for in a man. My sweetie surpasses the list. Other people I'd like to meet.. Well, I'd really like to meet every member of Cowboy Mouth. I had the chance once, but I was too shy to do it. Oh, and John Krasinski, who plays Jim Halpert on The Office.
My favorite band is Cowboy Mouth. They rock. They are incredible performers. My OTHER favorite band is LeClaire. They are the nicest people that you ever want to meet and they are incredibly talented, too. My favorite band used to be REM, but they got a little weird for me. I adore Alison Krauss and I love Mindy Smith. Norah Jones soothes me. I like Ludacris and Jay-Z, too. I like to listen to Dave play, I like the stuff that he creates. Fleming and John are great, and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I like just about everything, but the stuff I really enjoy is the stuff that allows me to sing along.
My all time favorite movie is The Princess Bride. I also like the Brat Pack movies of the 80's. I like happy endings. I guess the typical "chick flicks" are my thing. I just watched Stardust on DVD and I really liked that, too.
Television is BAD. HOWEVER, I'm addicted to The Office, The Apprentice, and Dirt. I liked Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, but I guess I was one of the 12 fans, because it's gone now. I have cable now that I'm living with Dave, so I'm watching much more TV than I used to. Two of my favorite series from Showtime were cancelled. They were Dead Like Me and Huff.
Books are GOOD. I just finished Bridge of Sighs from Richard Russo and recently, I gave in and read Eat, Pray, Love from Elizabeth Gilbert. I really liked them both.
Hm.. dunno. I'm really proud of my little brother these days. He's doing a great job turning his life around.
