About Me

I am searching for truth and purpose in this life. Somehow, God knows, why I'm searching for "the meaning of life." I used to think that life was about a party, until I realized that's not what it's about, at least for me. I've come to appreciate individual people for who they are(or try), and where they're at, rather than just myself. I see, as I look around at the world that we all live in, that it all will fade away. Seeing this has opened my eyes to a realization that people like you, are really what matters. When it all fades away, and grows old, and decays, the thing that will not ever go away, I believe, is you. Like the person that you are. Can I measure your personality? Your thoughts, and feelings are not tangible, and seem immearsurable. Questions, questions, questions, how there are so many. If it weren't for questions, I have no clue where I would be right now. It seems to me today, that I used to live a life of a lot of regret. I don't feel this way anymore. If all of that wouldn't have happened exactly the way it did, where would I be today? I wouldn't be here, and you wouldn't be where you're at. Accidents don't just happen, or the Universe would just fall apart. Daily I see, by God's mercy, that He really is in control of all things. He really is a sovereign God. Check out some of my blogs if you have a minute.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

New and old friends, and anyone that can refute "determinism," if it's possible with human understanding.
I would also like to meet someone that will tell me all of her dreams.

Music:

What would I do without music? Don't want to know. I like prettymuch anything, but my main interests are modern rock, golden oldies, classic rock, instrumental, piano, praise and worship, electronica, and the list of genres goes on, and on.

Movies:

I enjoy to watch movies a lot. Sometimes I'm a sucker for "chick flicks." One of my favorite movies of all time is "Pride and Prejudice," the newest version. I'm into the classical music, scenery, and all that good stuff. Some others that are on the top of my list include Terminator 2, & 3, Lord of the Rings, Eragon, Apocolypto, Daredevil, Batman Begins, The Patriot, Gettysburg, Troy, Alexander, The Passion of the Christ, Fearless, Hero, American Dreams, and many, many others that I can't think of at this point in time.

Books:

The Bible, The Dialogues of Plato, almost anything on philosphy...

Heroes:

Jesus, Paul the apostle, Socrates, and all the past generations of people that have taught us so much.
