About Me

At age 55, I'm still a work in progress. Sometimes I still wonder what I'll be when I grow up. For now, I'm a writer and news reporter who lives in Lakeview with two cats -- one diabetic, one insane (but very cute). I'm gay. I'm known as something of a funny guy. I'm also sort of an intellectual, but I don't take myself too seriously. Physically and mentally, I'm very well-preserved. Emotionally, I'm at the peak of my game. There's an awful lot I could say about me -- after all, I've known me for more than half a century. So if you're interested in more, just ask.

My Interests

writing, reading, theater, working out, gardening, biking, conversation, animals, vegetarianism, politics (news junkie), humor

Someone with similar interests and attributes who finds me as irresistible and I find him

The Beatles, classical -- not a big listener

Movies:

"The Graduate" is my favorite, but I'm pretty open to most genres and find something to like about most of what I see.

Television:

Who has time to watch TV?

Too many to list, including my Dad
