Who... me??

About Me

It took me awhile to get on this thing, now it's taken awhile to write something... I guess it's time.I grew up in a small labor/hunting camp in Michigan. Population: 5. Maa, Paa, and my two older slaves.. err, I mean brothers.Shortly after learning to walk came learning to work. Jobs included: build barns, harvest corn, chop down forest to make horse pasture, chop wood, chop wood, chop wood, build horse stable, etc... We didn't quite have a farm but it was damn close. When we weren't working, you could find us camping in the backwoods of Michigan. Usually getting yelled at by Park Rangers. And when fall came around you bet we were behind one of our 12 gauge shotguns. We also had a boat. So yes, I do like watersports (and fishing).Moved to Chicago right after high school. Started working in the exciting feild of laser printer repair with my brother (his company)and still do to this day.I've been through pretty much all the scenes in Chicago. When you're 18 and have a fake ID in Chicago... let me tell you, there's some fun to be had. I Started with the club scene (anyone remember Shelter, Medusa, those old school clubs?) and learned to dance, which is not an easy thing being as white as me. Persistance has paid off and you can now see me regularly on Soul Train. After quite a few years partying my ass off, I needed a break. So, I moved to Bridgeport. Laid low for a few years to gather myself and regain sanity. Then, I headed back up north to the Land of Lincoln Park Trixies where I currently reside.I've pretty much hung up my dancing shoes and club days... apart from a few cameo appearances every now and then of course! I stick to local watering holes such as The Burwood tap, which is within stumbling distance from my place. Another place I like to get drunk at is a fine establishment up north called Carol's. Another haunt of mine is Jake's. If anyone knows of another good local spot, let me know!Drink of choice?? Jack Daniels.
