About Me

spawned in the septic taint of central new jersey, mushroom cloud nine enjoyed moderate success in the new york metropolitan area during 2000-2004, receiving college radio airplay and garnering favorable reviews from critics and musicians alike. due to typical irreconcilable differences, the lead and rhythm sections of the first incarnation of this volatile power trio parted ways on july 4, 2004. left with his 30 original compositions and the name, singer/guitarist Acid Rich recorded new tracks in his free time for a year with an excellent south plainfield drummer (DrumZ), until eloping to berlin with his guitar in 2006 for the cheap pot, great beer, stellar public transportation, and unique underground scene. currently, rich is playing impromptu solo acoustic gigs in various kreuzberg cafes, and searching desperately for a bassist and drummer who posess that rare combination of talent and dedication...
