About Me

Hello! I am a 59 year old, happily married mother of four, grandmother of ten and great grandmother of one. I love the Lord with all of my heart, and live to serve Him and others. I adore meeting new people and making new friends...all kinds of people. My favorite peeps are teens and babies. Seems like both are going through vast changes very rapidly, and are simply fascinating and delightful to be around. I have one teen son still at home (he's the one who talked me into doing My Space). His name is Daniel, and i am very proud of him. My other sons are Jeffrey, he is engaged to lovely girl named Brandy, and I am very proud of him; Mike is 31, married to a wonderful young woman, and father of a darling toddler son. Proud of him? More than i can say! the eldest "child" is Angi...old enough to not allow me to state her age, LOL...she's the mother of SEVEN! Raising my four kids has been the biggest joy in my life. i have a sometimes outrageous sense of humor, love to laugh, and to make you laugh! I love birds of all kinds, but especially chickadees and robins. I adore bears, and am gathering a collection of ceramic ones. My favorite cities to visit are Colorado Springs, CO and Helena, MT. It has long been my dream to travel through all 50 states. So far i have been through seventeen. I dearly love to travel! Theo laughing at the Wii

Ten month old Theo busts out laughing watching his dad play golf on the Nintendo Wii. The Ghost and the Darkness is a favorite, as are Legends of the Fall, and The Quick and the Dead. Drama, musicals, psychological thrillers, comedy, some fantasy is good.

Television:

Doc, Meerkat Manor, Planet's Funniest Animals, FOX news channel, the Weather Channel, the Travel Channel, Discovery channel, TLC.

Books:

The Bible; The trilogy The Trees, The Fields, The Town, by Conrad Richter; historical fiction; Christian romance.

Heroes:

Jesus, Ruth, Peter, my Grandmother Trost Richards.
