On the Ashes of Angelwings is/WAS a 4 piece Metal/Hardcore band from Erie Pa, Formally known as ScorchTheSky. With a few member changes and a newer more aggressive but still like able sound. On the Ashes of Angelwings was born in the spring of 2006 and has been very busy ever since. With a song on the soundtrack for the movie "curse of the wolf" From Kill Wolf Films, constant show bookings, and a 5 song Ep on the way this band shows no sign of slowing down. Members of On the Ashes of Angelwings have been in regional bands such as Self Inflicted, ScorchTheSky, Castration, Theft by Deception, Waiting for Never, And Anger management. 2007 looks to be a very busy year for the band as well with more shows, touring, New merch?, and a full length cd to be released in late summer. Keep an eye open for On the Ashes of Angelwings in your area!This site is still very much under Construction and will change a lot so don't get used to anything, and keep checking back!
