Things I like: snowboarding, fresh peaches, football, sour gummy worms, new and expensive electronic equipment (even if I don't know how to use it), big juicy steaks, civil war reenacting, ketchup, taking road trips.....sometimes with no particular destination, roasting marshmallows by the camp fire, cooking over a camp fire, ok....just camp fires in general, war movies, laughing hysterically at something that's not even funny but I can't stop laughing because YOU won't stop laughing and so I'm actually laughing at you, and secretly I like to sing (but nobody is supposed to know that).
Things I don't like: spiders, spider webs, homework, broccoli, canned chili, movies with bad endings, and celebrity magazines.
I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet someone who isn't afraid to speak their mind, who isn't afraid to have opinions that go against the majority, who is confident in what they believe and doesn't let anyone (including me) convince them otherwise; someone who has dreams (however unrealistic) and doesn't let anyone steal those dreams by making fun or laughing; someone who doesn't need to be part of the wrong crowd, but instead makes others want to be part of their crowd; someone who is willing to take risks if necessary, and someone who is willing to do the right thing even it means putting themselves on the line; someone who gives and commands respect; someone who I can trust in, depend on, and even love.

Heroes:
I have a lot of heroes. I think it's important to have people who are personally involved in your life that you can look up to and look to for guidance, or in other words good mentors. If you have good mentors then you can many times turn around and be that hero for someone else that needs it, and that's the real reward. A few of my personal hero's would be, my friend Eric - who passed away about a year and a half ago - and his wife Wendy - who taught something of strength and faith in God that I had never seen before, Taras and Amber Sarapin - who have inspired me to achieve things in my life that I never dreamed of before, and Nate Dunn - who always has the right words to say when times get tough.
