Music collecting, concert attending, gallery/museum visiting, snobby movie watching, silly comedy movie viewing, coffee bean smelling, creating, refrigerator door painting, public reading (I need a new outlet for this), walking, lots of walking...Click Here to get this from FreeFlashToys.com!

Day Of The Beast, Amelie, Army Of Darkness, Deconstructing Harry, Rushmore, Bottle Rocket, Tennenbaums, Welcome To The Doll House, American Psycho, American Movie (quirky documentaries in general), Umbrella's of Cherbourg, Ma Vie En Rose, Huckabees, Rosemary's Baby, Best In Show, Waiting for Guffman, Harold & Maude, Happiness, Secretary, Horse Feathers, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Virgin Suicides, Lost In Translation... I have a very very low tolerance for action flicks and over-marketed blockbusters.
God bless DVR and TV on DVD! For a while I thought I hated TV but then I realized that it was actually the commercials that I hated. It's so nice to sit down and chose what you want to watch then be commercial free... thank you technology! Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, Unwrappped, Robot Chicken, Dog Bites Man, Freaks & Geeks, Reno 911, Simpsons, The Daily Show, Colbert Report, Myth Busters, Family Guy, The Office (UK version... although the US one's growing on me), Ali G, almost any quirky tv documentary (Discovery channel kinda stuff). I think my general rule of thumb is it has to be funny or non-fiction.
I recently discovered Chuck Kloesterman who I really enjoy, I just finished "Sex, Drugs & Cocoa Puffs" and "Killing Yourself To Live." Asside from him some faves are The World Is Flat, Fast Food Nation, Sex Drugs and DNA, Geek Love, Skinny Legs & All (most Tom Robbins), Running With Scissors, Confederacy of Dunces and The Secret Language of Birthdays.
Yes, I love heroes. Prior to the American invasion of the evil Dr. Atkins, my family had always been in the bakery business… so I have a tendency to appreciate all types of sandwiches, including the hero. If I had to pick a favorite hero it would probably be on a white roll with grilled chicken, red peppers mozzarella and maybe bacon if I'm feeling feisty.
