I am here for Dating, Friends and Networking

About Me

I am a 25 year old guy from Southern Cali, who has lived in Phoenix, AZ., and now lives in Cookeville, TN. I am currently attending Tennessee Tech as a Junior. I really like the school, but can't wait to graduate. I am a Computer Science major who is usually busy to some degree due to either school or a hectic job in the computer industry. When I have free time I enjoy listening to music, taking photos, when I have money (I am a poor college student after all), riding my bike or taking a drive through some random part of Tennessee, just to explore and to "get away".

My Interests

I like to listen to music, explore (by car, foot, or bike), dabble in photography, and watch movies.

I'd like to meet:

I would love to meet Jesus so I could ask him the many questions I have about things. Everything from how big the universe really is to why was that tree put there in the first place. I would also like to meet Steve Jobs and ask him what inspires him. I mean he is the vision behind many of Apple's products and a very interesting speaker.

Music:

I love all types of music: Indie, Classical, New Age, Holiday, Rock, Alternative, Instrumental, Celtic, etc.

Movies:

My favorite movies are The Phantom of the Opera, Garden State, Eurotrip, When Harry Met Sally, and The Rock.

Television:

I like to watch Rescue Me, Myth Busters, Top Chef (hey, no laughing), and any science/building shows.

Books:

When I was younger I used to dislike reading the bible, but as I have gotten older I have really started enjoying reading it. I am a pretty ecclectic reader. When I used to work at a job that I could read I used to go to the library every week and pick up a couple of books that looked interesting, just by quickly scanning over the back cover. Lately it has been all textbooks though...

Heroes:

My heroes would be Jesus, My family, Chuck Smith, and Steve Jobs.

My Blog

Who will I serve?

I really feel like journaling is a good thing. Lately I have been trying to keep track of what the Lord is telling me. Today I really believe that he helped me to see a connection that is really aw...

Empty Vows (Poem)

I wrote this pretty fast.  I read a poem that mixed the pledge of allegiance with some cynicism and some sarcasm, but still had a message to it.  I thought it was awesome, so I would try wri...
