1. i am a pediatric nurse. i have worked both general and ICU units...but my passion is for dance and music. i see the world in rhythm and movement.
2. i get paid to play with little kids all day...unless they are obtunded or in a coma.
3. i love clean socks, mid-day naps and sushi and rice. in that order.
4. blood and gore and vomit in or out of the hospital really don't bother me, but i once watched a girl on TV eat a stick of butter that was wrapped in human hair, and i dry heaved for an hour.

40. i'm equally intrigued and disturbed by alanis morissette's remake of "my humps", by the black eyed peas. it's not that she remade it that bothers me...it's that her voice is so eerie and cryptic in this particular song. :::shudder:::

my family: i love how much my brother loves his wife. i believe my parents are the cutest senior citizens. i love my how my dad becomes the old man with the dirty jokes after some alcohol at any party. i will always trust the wisdom of my mother. i love how laura and i laugh at the exact same things, and the way she inspires me to be a better musician. i love the JACKSON PHO', and i love being black on the inside. i love how trisha always comes home from the club with dirty knees, and i miss her cooking, hearing her sing, and waking up to a bed full of nasty dirty q-tips. i love the way marie wants to be gay and jon wants to have a sex change when they're around me. i love marie's mrs. swan impressions and speaking taglish with her. i love how jon is a serious threat to the dance world. i love my skinny marcy, all the weird techno she listens to, and how she's the only other person i know, besides my brother, who is able to quote the simpsons as much as me.
