All My Friends MySpace Layouts are downloads at Freemyspacelayouts.org Hmmm where to begin? You can probably get a pretty good idea of the kind of person I am just from reading the sections about my interests etc.
For those of you who do actually bother to read this section (because in all fairness, few people do :P) I'll mention a few things which may or may not be of interest to you when deciding if I'm 'kool' enough to add ;-) (because I'm certainly making no promises! :P)I get on easily with most people. I like to think I lead a fairly balanced life. I'm a very deep and spiritual guy who loves life and does not like to see anyone or anything hurt.
I believe in looking after myself through eating right, exercise (martial arts, bodyweight training, running, bag work), and being positive. I accept that many people decide not to live this way and I don't put anyone down for it. We all just choose our own path and have the right to do so.
I am currently working part time as a Health Trainer for the NHS, whilst also taking a course that will get me qualified as a Personal Trainer.I am very passionate about martial arts and train in Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Silat.
I love reading and have recently started writing (fiction). I have a very active imagination and I think it is important for us to use our talents and express ourselves to the fullest. (if you are thinking 'geek' by now you are probably right! I have no shame though so it's all good :P)
I don't drink so I don't really get much out of going to bars on nights out and watching others get lashed :p However, I am partial to the odd night out at bars such as Krash or somewhere with kool music, but I much prefer to go see a movie or just hang out at friends houses. (this excludes Karl because I love watching him get trashed as it usually results in life threatening stunts and a funny injury. Well...not so funny at the time but maybe the next morning?)
