BUUUT then i found my true love, Electronica, after hearing Orbital's INSIDES album. Halcyon is still one of my alltime favorite tracks along with Bedrock's Heaven Scent. Yes, Paul Oakenfold's TRANCEPORT was a huge influence and is what truly grabbed my interest and love for Trance Music. But the love soon grew too big to just dance and watch in awe anymore, I had to get in on the action, so i started teaching myself and watching more intensely at every show, gettin tips from the elders...the music was already in my soul, so it didnt take long for my hands to catch up and learn how to mix records. I was given decks;) and it all goes downhill. favs and inspiration are many Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, Misstress Barbara, BK, Nick Sentience, Anne Savage, Alex Calver, Digweed, Dogzilla, PG2, Randy Katana, Marco V. , J13, Filo&Peri, Matthew Dekay, Mark Norman, Smith&Pledger, PUSH, Marcel Woods, Scott Mac, Matt Darey, Lost Tribe, Agnelli & Nelson, Binary Finary, Fred Baker, Carl B., Roland Klinkenberg, Kuffdam & Plant, Way Out West, George Acosta, Above & Beyond, Whiteroom, Solar Stone, Riley&Durrant, Filterheadz, FSOL, BT Just to list a few off the top..hehe I also love Drum&Bass. You gotta be diverse nowadays, otherwise ya get stuck in the same boring shit for the rest of your career/life....I feel closest to home when i'm standing in front of my decks. They have kept me sane throughout all of the not-so-good times in my life, which there have been plenty. I dont need to learn how to dance(even though i try, i still look like a whiteboy) I make YOU dance. I make YOUR night as fun as you want it to be, you make MY night just by showing up, sendin' me "The Nod," or just simply dancin' to my tunes. All I ask for is everyone to appreciate my music, you dont have to like it, just respect and appreciate it for what it has done for me, and others alike. Without my rekkids, there would less of me...fo real.*****I am very close to my family, as keeping to the Latino Heritage. My heroes are my parents. Hard-working, extremely open-minded, compassionate, unconditional lovers still together after 25 yrs. with 4 kids!? How can you not respect that? i dont tell them i love them enough..dont think i ever could. We are a very diverse bunch in our tastes, but all the same in love, compassion, and respect for one another. These past two years have seen my family grow the most closest to each other through tragedy and devastation. Sometimes, thats what it takes. And for that, i'm greatful in a way. It has opened our eyes, minds, and hearts even more than ever before, for the rest of our lives.*****So, this is pretty much a rough draft of me, some things i'm glad to tell, other things maybe i shouldnt have let out. oh well..if ya like it, cool, if not, cool. Just dont judge me too harsh right off the bat. there's plenty more for you to find........if you're lucky;P STAY CRESCENT FRESH!!
