My name is Darra Cherie Cunningham. I was born and raised in St.Louis, Missouri. My birthday is March 29th. I am an Aries. Since the age of four, I have been entertaining people. I have done everything from home videos to school functions, dance teams, family reunions, banquets, and a few gigs around St.Louis. I started out in a group (STL) who first signed a deal with The Trak Starz Productions and did show cases for different labels. My first big gig was performing for Capitol Records. At that time, the group was not fully developed. Therefore, my Manager (Lisa Lee) and Producers ( ZO and Sham) had another plan. They deiced to put us through a strict development program. After about a year, my Manager shopped our demo around to every label. The Labels liked us but we still didn't have a hit song. As the years went by members kept changing. Me being the lead vocalist of the group, had to keep it together. Three years later, we finally signed a deal at Blackground/Trakstarz/Universal Records. That didn't work out. I got out of that deal and moved on as a solo artist. I work hard to entertain, motivate and inspire others. My dream is to share my passion with the world. Currently, I am working on an album with St. Louis based, multi-platinum producers, The Trak Starz. On this album I just want to tell ya'll about my experiences livin' here in the STL.
