KAINO

Kaino aka Niko Ryhanen has been in the past working on his Aphilas project and released a 12 inch of mellow and soulful downtempo gems on the US label Merck.

Now his solo project Kaino is a step forward, also to the more discerning sound as well as nuggets for the dancefloor. When it comes to production, Kaino is familiar with the instruments as well as the sampler. The songs on his forthcoming 12 inch ep and an album are infused with a beautiful melancholy feel, but include also that tounge-in-cheek danceloor funking, featuring a variety of slick soul, jazz & latin samples.
