My Interests

Being outdoors; biking, swimming, walking my dog, having cook-outs, or bonfires. I enjoy cooking, especially for those who do not have exquisite taste. But I like to surprise people and myself with new fun senses, whether it be touch, taste, sight, sound, smell or insite. I read consistantly and love old architecture, especially libraries. And of course hanging out with friends and family, but . . . . no, I'm not a hippie.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with something intelligent to say, or obscure . . . I have a fondness for the obscure. Oh and also Jeff Buckley.

Music:

Most everything, lately I've been listening to M.I.A., Rilo Kiley, Andrew Bird, Cat Power, Granddaddy, Anthony and the Johnsons, Death Cab for Cutie, Black Mountain, Feist, Dressy Bessy, Tom Yorke, Matt Pond, the Shins, Pretty Girls Make Graves, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the White Stripes, but my old stand-bys have been; Bjork, Radiohead, TOOL, the Pixies, Grant Lee Buffalo, Tori Amos, the Beatles, Cake, Rufus Wainright, the Cranberries, Fleetwood Mac, Coldplay, Tricky, Concrete Blonde, Soul Coughing, Suzanne Vega, Blur, Cake, Weezer, Ween, the Eels, David Bowie, Mars Volta, Bob Marley, Billy Idol, the Velvet Underground, Lou Reed, Elliot Smith, Patsy Cline, Jeff Buckley, Jimi Hendricks, Nirvana, Phish, At Stevens, Portishead . . . . the list never seems to end. . . luckily

Movies:

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Sideways, Harold and Maude, Groundhog's Day, Lord of the Rings, Memento, Silence of the Lambs, Wonder Boys, Fargo, the Usual Suspects, Chinatown, too lazy to type more
