What about me..? Well...I'm 100% italian, i moved to new york 4 1/2 years ago. I recently graduated from Baruch College with a major in international marketing. I love to swim, i love the beach, love the summer, with its breeze, sun, and all it brings me, especially very good memories...i absolutely love chocolate, give me chocolate and i'll be really really happy! I don't like self-centered people who monopolize conversations to talk about themselves; i can't stand those who talk and talk but never live up to what they say; if you make plans with me, keep them, i change my day and schedule for you!i tend to dislike (just to use an euphemism) people who preach and lecture but they're the first ones to make mistakes; i make mistakes but i do not want others to keep lecturing me with bossy attitude, i accept suggestions and criticism but not from bossy people who think they can order me around! ...ghost stories or anything that has to do with the devil, exorcists or the supernatural kind of freak me out, actually they really scare the hell out of me! HOWEVER, i'm working on overcoming my fears, and i'm making some good progress, I like ghost stories now, Ghost Hunters Rock On!...what else...most people see me as reserved and quiet, but those who REALLY know me (and they're only a few)may tell you that i'm way more than that and they truly love me and i love them and miss them very much because they're not here with me...i may seem too nice and too weak, but when i lose it, it's hell! people have taken advantage of my generosity and altruism without any respect, and still do....to those people i say four simple words...KARMA'S A BITCH!I'm always there to help even if my help is not deserved, it's in my nature, i'm chronically picky,i work well under stress thank god, and i'm someone you can rely on.
Some other things about me...
1- I'm a libra in every way, although I don't believe in horoscopes. I do believe that our sign influences who we are. Being a libra, I'm a balanced person most of the time. But when that balance doesn't work I go to the extreme. When I feel strong about something it's either yes or no, no grey, I won't change my mind.
2- I look for perfection, although i'm not a perfectionist.
3- I'm surrounded by artists, musicians, dancers, and more. I am neither. They influence and spice up my life. And I love them for that.
4- I am a thinker. I think a lot, maybe too much. Sometimes I lose myself in my reflections.
In the end, I'm just a person. In good and bad, I am Manuela. Take it or leave it, I ain't compromising! that's about it...love to all!!
