Well for one thing I am a total sucker for fortune cookies...I love to crack those crazy little cookies open and see what pearls of wisdom lay in wait beneath their sugary shell. :) If nothing else you can put "in bed" at the end and have a good laugh ;)
I have recently gained a new appreciation for a "home town" and for California in general. It really is that you don't know what something is until it is gone. Not because we don't actually enjoy those things when they are there but it is that idea of not being able to see the forest for the trees. In another analogy one might say life is like a Monet (or other such impressionist painting)...up close its a confusing gobbledygook and you cant see the real picture, but with distance you gain perspective and it all becomes more clear. Further, re-inspection of it from time to time brings out subtle nuances you never saw before.
Over all I am Artsy, and Conversational. I love to draw, from my mind, from a model, or some unsuspecting individual I spot at any one of the local coffee shops I happen to frequent. These spots are also great for conversation coincidentally ;) I enjoy exploring multiple mediums, and multiple perspectives, and expanding my fields of reference and context. I like writing poetry. And I really enjoy Board Games. I love Anthropology. Archaeology is my passion and my career choice. I love nature and the outdoors, I love to camp when I have someone to camp with, I like to fish, although I prefer stream fishing, I like midnight picnics, skinny dipping in the ocean, Frisbee in the park, reading good books, dancing for the sake of movement, and dressing up for its own sake. :) I love to laugh, and spend time with my friends...and meet new people who are fun to hang out with, who I can have real conversations with, and who refuse to judge me. I love so many aspects of life. I find I will quickly conform to new environments not because I have to but because I can.
I like exploring all aspects of my personality so open minded people are essential since I don't fit conveniently into the boxes people often try to place me in. I love the journey of life. I have been in long term relationships, I've been domestic, I have lived alone, and struggled to support myself through school, I know to always keep hope and faith close, and I am enjoying being single again.
