As he transformed into adulthood, Kevin realized that the street life was a dead end. The father of 2, he turned to his longtime dream of being a rapper to make ends meet for his family. Kevin has performed with local New Orleans artist such as UNLV and Six Shot as an artist on Hard Time Records. When things didn't work out, he became a little discouraged, but continued to write.In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina spun Kevin Lovely's life into a whirlwind. Evacuating to Dallas, Texas, he ran into Derren "Mr. Wicked" Clouden at a hotel where they were temporarily residing. Mr. Wicked and Justin "J-Starr" Thomas had started a record label a few months prior to the storm but was unable to get things off the ground. After hanging out and having discussions about their aspirations, Kevin joined forces with the two and became President of Big Impact Entertainment. As President of the company, Kevin helped establish a foundation for a multi-platinum empire. He recorded 2 Gutta 4 T.V., the documentary and soundtrack, a compilation with other Impact artist. Kevin recorded and performed at several venues in New Orleans, Atlanta, Corsicana, Augusta and Dallas. He was nicknamed Da Pak Man for his rough, rugged and raspy voice and his real life lyrics.Everyone doubted him but Kevin Lovely's vicious flow proved the HATERS wrong. His lifelong struggles have made him into a strong and determined man and he portrays that in his music. Its time for the world to see life through the eyes of a man who lived and breathe the streets.
