About Me

I am currently in "Cat's Cradle" which opens in SOho Walkerspace on Feb 23rd. Recently, I've been in "Me & Pluto", Mazeppa in "Gypsy", and a Lady in "12th Night". You can see my sitcom pilot with friends on this very page! The mockumentary I did is coming out but with me on the cutting floor. What I have of it is below. I have done so many movies that have never seen the light of day. Looking for more work...an actor's job of auditioning is never done! So far, I've done four tours, two tv pilots, seven movies, and nine plays in NYC. Love it! I am so grateful to be a working actress, with only a few months of costuming in between.

I'd like to meet:

People who can handle change, as I tend to go through more than my share of life changes. People who can go out dancing some nights and reflect on the meaning of life other days.

Music:

I'm a bit eclectic. Punk and Alternative followed by Musical Theatre followed by New Age or Classical music. But I reserve the right to occasionally like a Pop song.

Movies:

While I don't watch a lot of movies (my friends say it's deplorable how few mainstream movies I actually know), I am a fan of the indies. Also, I can quote several scifi movies and all the Monty Python films. If that makes me a geek, so be it! They're enjoyable.

Television:

Here are shows I'd love to be on: CSI, Law & Order, Stargate, Enterprise, Crossing Jordan (ooh...cute guys on that show!). I don't watch all these shows currently, but they are always a joy to turn to them nights when I can't sleep.

Books:

You name it, I've read it! Scifi/Fantasy, Old English Literature, Modern Plays, Biographies, Bestsellers, Spirituality/Self Help, French Poetry, Political Manifestos.

Heroes:

Anyone who toughs it out when all hope seems lost. Soldiers in Iraq, Gays and Lesbians fighting to Marry, Kids growing up Decent in the Inner City School System, Activists preventing Environmental Damage, etc. JESUS.
