Shamariah

Shamariah was born from a desire to proclaim a message of hope and love to a dying world. The songs point the listener to to "The Answer" to life and all the things that we as humans look for - Peace, Hope, Love, and a sense of purpose in a world that sometimes makes no sense to us. The music is a mix of classic rock, blues, and alternative. The message is one that has lasted through the ages. A message of love about the God of the universe who wants a relationship with His creation and sent His only Son as a bridge between the Holy and the unholy. The word Shamariah literally means "Kept by Jehovah". In a world that can sometimes take our breath away and leave us empty inside, God wants to reach down in to our lives and "keep" us. There is hope and peace - Shamariah - "Kept by God".
