About Me

My name's Aaron. I'm 23. I'm a lucky uncle twice over. I'm the middle child. Some say I'm weird, I think they are just jealous. Or retarded. Most people never take the time of day to really get to know me and why I do and say what I do... points of perspecive. Or, perhaps they're just retarded. Who wants to be like everyone else? I usually go against the masses, just to piss people off. I'm usually a nice guy. If u need something and I can do it, i'll help you out. I know what it's like to be in rough spots. I love a few people in my family, and I've got some friends I'd kill for. There are some freaks out there... So, yea... Mainly, I'm all about poetry, music, and the arts. In other news, I'm about to re-enlist into our "great nation's" Army. It takes a while. You can't just join a club that legally kills people w/o the proper paperwork. Life's a learning experience. Stay away from the things that hurt you; so don't let anyone bully you around or steal from you. If that's not possible, Give 'em two to the chest. It's survival of the "slickest" it seems. Catch you later. Enemy(n.):One hostile to another; one who hates, and desires or attempts the injury of, another; a foe; an adversary; as, an enemy of or to a person; an enemy to truth, or to falsehood. (adj.)Hostile; inimical.Epictetus - "Men are not worried by things, but by their ideas about things. When we meet with difficulties, become anxious or troubled, let us not blame others, but rather ourselves, that is, our ideas about things."Friedrich Nietzsche - "You need chaos in your soul to give birth to a dancing star." Socrates - "All I know is that I know nothing"Unknown - "A tree never hits an automobile except in self defense."Elbert Hubbard (1856 - 1915) - "Never explain--your friends do not need it and your enemies will not believe you anyway."Unkown - "Life takes, so take it back." .. .. .. .."A paranoid-schizophrenic is a guy who just found out what’s going on.” - William S. BurroughsWhen some ideas shouldn't be shot down..(HED)pe: Bartender

Inevitable Will to Power Suppose nothing else were "given" as real except our world of desires and passions, and we could not get down, or up, to any other "reality" besides the reality of our drives--for thinking is merely a relation of these drives to each other: is it not permitted to make the experiment and to ask the question whether this "given" would not be sufficient for also understanding on the basis of this kind of thing the so-called mechanistic (or "material") world?"In the end not only is it permitted to make this experiment; the conscience of method demands it. Not to assume several kinds of causality until the experiment of making do with a single one has been pushed to its utmost limit (to the point of nonsense, if I may say so)... The question is in the end whether we really recognize the will as efficient, whether we believe in the causality of the will: if we do--and at bottom our faith in this is nothing less than our faith in causality itself--then we have to make the experiment of positing causality of the will hypothetically as the only one. "Will," of course, can affect only "will"--and not "matter" (not "nerves," for example). In short, one has to risk the hypothesis whether will does not affect will wherever "effects" are recognized--and whether all mechanical occurrences are not, insofar as a force is active in them, will force, effects of will. Suppose, finally, we succeeded in explaining our entire instinctive life as the development and ramification of one basic form of the will--namely, of the will to power, as my proposition has it... then one would have gained the right to determine all efficient force univocally as--will to power. The world viewed from inside... it would be "will to power" and nothing else." -from Beyond Good and Evil, s.36, Walter Kaufmann transl.Nietzche
