Hip Hop:cars, money, drugs, lust, sex, negativity, violence, profanity, disrepecting women, destroying our youth. So when Rod Parsley, EX-ministries and other preachers say that gospel rap is not of God this is what they mean. There is nonething HOLY about HIP HOP. We don't see Kirk or Fred being called holy r&b, so why should we have to be put under an umbrella that doesn't represent GOD. I'm not compromising my salvation. I don't hate the game I'm just about changing it. For the game to change Urban Gospel has to make a name for its self. That name for is: M o t G (Mot-Ga) Messenger of the Gospel. Either you hot or cold there is no in between. I don't club anymore, I don't fornicate, Cuse, fight, or hang with my friends that sale or do drugs becasue my life has changed. The things i use to do i don't do anymore, its all about association. If we associate ourself with the world then we are going to be looked upon as part of the world. I've turned away from using words and slogans of the world for our gain by placing God or Jesus or holy around it. The root still belongs to the world.
