I love my art, I love my shop, and I love my wife... the simple things are the best. nearly 20 years ago (1985) i took an interest in body piercing and tattoos and found insightful resources whose extensive knowledge would lay the foundation for all of today's studio procedures. With more than 15 years experience and over 50,000 piercings to my credit, i have taken my GAUNTLET based studies and revised each procedure to minimize discomfort and ensure the most expedient effective service possible. New information is constantly reviewed and applied as i work with my tattoo artists to keep the program cutting edge. As a master of design, fabrication, and sculpture my amazing portfolio contains masterpiece installations that are often breath taking just by their mere scale.They tend to have bold social messages, and are sometimes even requested comissions. Some pieces have strictly been a manifestation of undeniable statements that were dropped off just to make a point. Welding certification and other fabrication experience were the result of college training and several years of working in the awning, skylight, and ship building industries. This unique combination of skills helps me provide unconventional approaches and unbelievable results that set me apart from a lot of other artist welders. With multitudes of awards and commendations, international magazine, newspaper, and television coverage of myself, the shop, and my work, i feel very fortunate to live such a blessed life...
