Who am I? good question. I believe that is something God is taking me through. Over the past summer God really began to put in me a heart to worship and lead others into worship. I like to think of worship leading as more than just playing a few songs. that is part of it, and i want to be excellent in that for God, but i also think that it is part of my job to call out others worship sides. It says that we are all created to worship, to give God glory. For my part, i believe part of the worship God has given me is to sing and hopefully =) one day skillfully play guitar, i am workin on it. But i also think for a worship leader that a great part is to also set a stage for others to worship in there ways. so not all of us are singers..musicians, but some of us are artists, or poets, or dancers, or whatever. And i believe part of my job is to pull that out of people. To in the worship times be able to see them express those things. I think many times those can be supressed in worship, 1 way by not giving opportunity or providing a means for it. Anyway, I think that as the worship team is expressing the gift God has given them, and their heart to God and how they are feeling, so others should be allowed to express their gifts at the same time, and how they are feeling. I think in the Psalms you can see alot of Davids heart, his desire for God. and i want to be able to allow others to express those things to God at the same time. And I think it makes for a sweet worship time when the "whole body" is able to express itself in worship at the same time, in its own ways. ok so that is a bit of me and what God is doing.
