The band Fragrant were originally formed in the middle of year 2004, and molded together by a band of brothers whom already got some handful experiences on Indonesian Punk/Hardcore scene, especially in Jakarta. The former are ; Adi, whose previous gig was becoming the lead vocalist of Summer 99 band, which genre was punk melodic, and also freelancing as the guitarist of This Selfish Fish Got No Wish band, the second personnel are Ronald who also was the former guitarist of a pop-punk band named FLIP OUT. Last but not least theres Said, who's bassist of a punk rock band called ELLOCO and Arief (Speak Up) as the drummer
As time goes by FRAGRANT has endured some changes in it core personnel with the entrance of Pasha as the drummer whom at that time also played for The Side Project and Dresthi as the bassist (Seems Like Yesterday)
Although the musical background from each and every personnel was quite different, but as a group we have one major common in musical concept and delivering our messages through music and lyrics which expressively, emotional and poetically nuanced about relation between Human, God and Nature,also our real life experiences.
