At the beginning NIGHTBORN was a power-pop based studio-project created by Alessandro Jacobi, that combined many influences: electro-rock, classical music, melodic metal and more.
The demo "Working on youth works" comes out from MoonHouse Studios (Milano, Italy) in 2004; a short concept EP about physical and inner changes, through past life experiences.
After forming a live line-up for some touring (San Remo Rock festival, MassiveArts contest, Music Village festival), in 2005 the second CD comes out: "Nightborn", that takes the project definetly closer to the electro-rock genre.
Our 2006 project is the EP "Neverending Road", which is currently under promotion through management, media and more.
Besides NIGHTBORN, I play bass in BURNING BLACK, a great heavy metal band from Treviso, Italy (debut album out in April 2008, currently touring).
Past experiences: violin studies and performing (15 years, classical training, theory, harmony, orchestras etc.); opera singer (7 years, choirs, some solo touring etc.); some piano & keyboards training, composition, arrangements, studio work & live performer for local bands & shows.
I am also currently working on my first full length solo album, containing some remakes of NIGHTBORN's works, which will be released soon, I hope. =)
